Do Not Sell or Share My Info
California’s CCPA as amended by the CPRA, and comparable laws in other US states, give you the right to stop your personal information being ‘sold’ or ‘shared’ for cross-context behavioural advertising. This page explains how that applies to tallmuse.com and how to exercise the right.
What the Terms Mean Here
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we never have. What can happen is narrower: where advertising is served on this site, advertising cookies and device identifiers may be made available to advertising partners. The statutory definitions of ‘sale’ and ‘sharing’ are wide enough to capture that arrangement, so we treat it as opt-out-able rather than argue about the label.
- Anyone reading our guides on tallmuse.com can opt out, subscriber or not.
The Practical Result
Opting out affects personalisation only. Ads may still be shown, selected without your data. We do not restrict, downgrade, or charge differently for the site on account of an opt-out — that would be unlawful.
How to Tell Us
Three ways. Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser — we honour it automatically, and nothing further is required. Or use the consent banner, where presented, to refuse advertising cookies. Or write to hello@tallmuse.com with the subject ‘Do Not Sell or Share’. You do not need an account with us to do any of this.
See the State Privacy Notice for the complete picture on state privacy rights.
